SLICE CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients:
4-5 pieces of cheese slice
200 ml fresh milk
70 grams butter or margarine
70 grams of wheat flour (sift first)
70 grams sugar
4 eggs size M
a few drops of vanilla essence

Method:
  1. Cut or tear the cheese slice into small pieces and mix with fresh milk
  2. then put in pots, use low heat and allow slice cheese to melt. Stir constantly. add butter and stir until dissolved, turn off heat and let cool for a while.
  3. Separate the egg white and egg yolk, beat egg whites with sugar until become meringue.
  4. In another container beat egg yolks until light and fluffy and add into cheese mixture, add flour little by little while beating it, make sure the batter has no lumpy
  5. Lastly add merigue and vanilla essence into the mixture, use fold method to mix the batter. Glazed cake mold with margarine and line with paper. Pour the cake batter in the mold.
  6. Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes and drop the temperature to 140 degrees for 40 minutes, use a cake molds measuring 20cm and put some water in the , bain marie way, to get a good cake texture.
  7. Garnish the cake follow own creativity or eat just like that.
This cake looks like marble cake (can make yellow & purple or blue stripe)
